MN began as a talent agency, representing actors for film, television, and theatre. Over the years, we’ve discovered and developed performers who’ve gone on to achieve incredible success - from Olivier Award-winning actors to BAFTA-nominated talent, many of whom we’re proud to represent today still.

What began as a way to discover and develop new talent evolved into more than a decade of teaching screen acting, filmmaking, and media performance across schools, academies, and studios.
We’ve trained thousands of learners helping them build the confidence, camera awareness, and creative skills that define modern media performance.
A Decade of Screen-Based Education
After we established our agency, in 2012, we launched MN Actors Academy - professional, screen acting classes for adults (16+) that mirror real industry standards.
The MN Actors Academy provides a space for actors to train, refine their screen craft, and be seen by the team at MN Talent Management, our agency division. We do not teach our own exams within our classes.

That hands-on experience led to the creation of MN Awards - an Ofqual-recognised awarding body specialising in Film & TV.
Our qualifications blend the confidence and communication skills of performance training with the creative and technical craft of screen production - preparing learners for a world where creativity, storytelling, and digital fluency matter more than ever.
MN now operates as an agency - Middleweek Newton Talent Management, adult classes - MN Actors Academy & an Ofqual Recognised Awarding Body - MN Awards.
